Healing Our Healthcare Professionals
Healing Our Healthcare Heroes™ and Healing Our Nurses™ are dedicated initiatives supporting the mental health and wellbeing of healthcare professionals. Designed to address burnout, moral injury, and emotional exhaustion, these immersive 3-day/2 night experiences provide essential tools to help sustain those who care for others.
Healing Our First Responders
Healing Our First Responders is an immersive 3-day/2 night workshop designed to provide support for the mental health and wellbeing of these professionals. The curriculum offers expert guidance, peer connections, and a safe, supportive environment for first responders to heal. By addressing the challenges they face in their careers, this experience empowers them to manage stress and improve their emotional wellbeing —ultimately helping them continue their vital work with renewed strength and resilience. We are raising funds to support the next cohort of first responders in January 2026.
RISE: Restoring Inspiration & Sustaining Educators
The Restoring Inspiration & Sustaining Educators (RISE) program provides teachers and education professionals with the opportunity to step away from daily demands and focus on their well-being. Through guided practices, peer connection, and a supportive environment, participants gain tools to manage stress, reconnect with themselves, and build lasting resilience. Offered at no cost to the participant, this program honors the essential work of education professionals by helping them return to their roles grounded, renewed, and better equipped to support their communities. We are raising funds to support the next cohort of educators in Dec 2026.
Healing Our Nonprofit Leaders
The Healing Our Nonprofit Leaders program provides a dedicated space for nonprofit leaders to focus on their wellbeing and gain the skills needed to navigate the challenges of burnout. Through expert instruction, peer support, and practical strategies, participants learn to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional fatigue. By prioritizing their own care, leaders return to their organizations with renewed energy, and the resilience and tools needed to sustain their mission and strengthen their teams.
Department of Possibility
A special initiative to provide those living in Nakivale Refugee Settlement in Uganda with interest free, collateral free loans to self-governing savings groups; offering dignity and empowerment to those participating.
1440 Foundation Programs
1440 Foundation funds multiple programs in support of the mission of, creating hope for living well. You are welcome to donate to our general fund in support of this mission.
